Glossary:

Shop - shop operating under the Internet address http://www.abc-fohow.com leads brokerage services for the adoption of orders for Company products FOHOW CORPORATION (FOHOW Technology Investment Group Limited Liability Company) in its offer through the Internet;

I. Acceptance and execution of orders.

Orders from customers are accepted by the web site www.abc-fohow.com. Immediately after placing an order customer gets the email message that the order reached the shop.

Customer, placing an order, contains a sales agreement with the ordered goods Store.

The customer makes the order: selection of ordered goods, to designate the manner of delivery and the delivery address and the address of which is to be invoiced (which may be different addresses), a way of payment: cash or bank transfer (prepayment).

In the case of orders for the first time or newly created customer accounts, shop can confirm your order by phone or email.

Store starts to execute the contract after receiving an order confirmation from the Client.


The order will be executed, provided that the product is available in the warehouse or shop suppliers. In case of unavailability of the goods covered by the contract customer is informed of the status order and decide how to implement it (partial completion or cancel the entire order).

If the expected date of the contract is longer than 7 (seven) days, the shop has the right to cancel the contract within the time provided for execution of the contract.

 
If the customer has paid for the goods - Shop within 7 (seven) calendar days from the cancellation of the contract, the customer may decide to use funds in accordance with the procedure described in section V, Payment and overpayment.

II. Changes in procurement.

III. Prices of goods.

All prices of goods on the website shop are given in Polish zloty and include VAT.

V. Methods of payment and overpayment. 
 
- Customer can choose the following forms of payment for the supply of goods ordered on the Polish territory: payment by cash on delivery orders for delivery through the Polish Post.

- For selected products Shop reserves the right to exclude some ways to provide contracts or forms of payment for your order. 
 
- Shop reserves the right to exclude form of payment for the order "cash on delivery" to the customer, who does not receive sent orders payable upon receipt delivered by mail. When you disable this form of payment Customer may use the following forms of payment: wire transfer, bank. In case of overpayments to the Customer's account in connection with payments for the ordered goods, the following rules for the refund of overpayments

VI. Claims.

Complaints are dealt with within 7 days of receipt by the Merchant Shipping of the advertised goods. In the event that a complaint, defective product will be repaired or replaced by another, full blown, and if it will be impossible (exhaustion of stocks of goods), Shop Customer will pay the equivalent price of the goods or offer other goods available in the store to choose from. VII. Right of withdrawal.

IX. Final provisions.
